SHIPPING

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping (2-3 days) is typically $5-7. Orders greater than $75 ship free throughout the US. If you need your order sooner? Email me for rush shipping quotes

How quickly will my order ship?

Ready to ship items will be shipped within 3 days from when order is placed. For custom orders of epoxy items, please allow 2 weeks from time order is placed. Epoxy artwork is done in layers and takes a minimum of 72 hours drying time on last coat before it is ready to ship. If your order will be delayed past this time, I will notify you within 24 hours of when order is placed to confirm timeline. For shirts, items will ship within 7-10 days. 

Do you offer expedited shipping?

I use standard USPS shipping which generally arrives in 3 days. If you need expedited shipping, please email me at tmdesigns50@gmail.com PRIOR to placing your order to discuss.

What if USPS lost my package!

Packages that are marked as delivered, but are “not received” are your responsibility to track down. I wish I could help more but I am unable to track them down on my end. I do not issue refunds on lost packages.

DESIGN

Do you offer custom orders?

Absolutely! All designs, paint, glitter, and font colors can be customized to suit your needs. If you have an idea of a certain design you are looking to order, send me a photo of it before you purchase and I'll see what I can do.

I realized I spelled something wrong on my order, what do I do?

If you notice an issue with the details for a custom order please email me at tmdesigns50@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase and I will do my best to make sure it gets corrected. I am not responsible for any misspellings that appear in the original order form unless notified within 24 hours of purchase that a correction needs to be made.

If you catch the mistake after 24 hours please still reach out to me. I may be able to change it or offer you a discounted price to redo the item.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

Given the custom nature of my work, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations (unless notice is given within 24 hours of purchase)

No returns on digital products.

No returns on customized products.  If your item arrives damaged, or if I made a mistake, I will gladly take a return for replacement only.  Please email me at tmdesigns50@gmail.com with photo and details of damage or error within 2 days of receiving your item in order to have it replaced. Note: pay careful attention to spelling on orders as I will customize exactly as order is sent. 

It is my hope that you love each item purchased - if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out and I will do what I can to make it right!
